These Terms govern your use of PROOF, operated by Nureddin Said Minaz. Read them together with the Privacy Policy. Contact nsmstudios.contact@gmail.com if you need help understanding the service.

Your account

Use an account you are authorized to access and protect your sign-in credentials. A restored online account is identified by its authenticated account ID. Clearing app data or using a new phone does not itself transfer local-only history into an online account.

Goals, evidence and community reviews

Submit evidence honestly and only share material you have permission to use. Do not post illegal, abusive, deceptive or privacy-infringing content; impersonate someone; manipulate reviews; or attempt to bypass integrity and access controls. You can report users or content and block users through the supported social controls. Contact support if a safety concern cannot be handled in the app.

You retain rights in the material you submit. You authorize processing and sharing that material as needed to provide the requested goal, evidence, review and social features, subject to the Privacy Policy and account deletion process. A submitted goal or piece of evidence is not automatically successful; review and reward results follow the service's applicable rules.

Virtual balances and items

Earned PROOF, Starter PROOF, Bonus Credits and Purchased Credits are separate accounting categories. Starter PROOF is restricted and cannot be transferred, converted or cashed out; receiving it does not create XP or trust. Purchased Credits do not become Earned PROOF. PROOF units have no cash value. Real-money purchases are not offered in this version. Cosmetic items do not provide review authority, trust or an economic advantage.

Service availability and safety

Online actions require an available authenticated service. A network error or pending operation is not confirmation that an action completed. Safety and integrity restrictions can limit access or actions. Contact support to question an account restriction or review outcome; do not create accounts or replay operations to evade a restriction.

Ending use and deleting an account

You can stop using PROOF or request account deletion. Removing the app does not submit a deletion request. Some records are retained or de-identified as explained in the Privacy Policy and deletion page.

Updates

These Terms have the version and effective date shown above. When the applicable online policy version changes, PROOF requires acceptance of that version before protected sharing. Account deletion and safety reporting remain available without accepting a new version.
