Describe the problem, the app version, your device and operating-system version, and when it happened. Include your account email only when the request concerns your account. Never send passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, authentication tokens or private signing keys.

If you choose to share diagnostics or screenshots, review them and remove unrelated private information first. You do not need to send private goal evidence to report a general technical problem.
